The provision of a wireless lab is one of the components of the Smart Wireless Engineering Education Program (SWEEP), an industry-academe partnership launched in 2003 which seeks to help raise the level of technology and engineering education in the country, particularly in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).  Colegio de Dagupan is one of some 46 schools nationwide that benefit from SWEEP’s continuing education component that includes the latest industry updates and technology trainings to produce telco-ready graduates.
